Process, pricing, timelines, fit, results. The most common questions before a Pipeline Audit call.
Process
Process questions.
What does the first month look like?
Week 1โ4 is Foundation: ICP research, channel audit, outbound infra (8โ12 warmed inboxes), founder voice doc, content pillars, SEO topical map. No campaigns until the spine is built.
Do I get a deliverable, or just access?
Both. You get a documented operating system (the spine, channel roles, cadences) and a live, running system. The doc is the proof the system is real โ not the work itself.
How often do we meet?
30-min founder sync, weekly, same time. Async Slack between. No account managers.
Pricing
Pricing questions.
What does it cost?
$2,499/month, flat. Same offer every time. No setup fees, no tiered upsell, no lock-in.
Why one flat price?
Because the work is the same spine, every time. Different industries don't change what gets built โ only what gets emphasized first.
Can I cancel?
Month to month. Cancel anytime. I'd rather you leave than stay because of a contract.
What's not included?
Ad spend, third-party tool subscriptions (Apollo, Instantly, Ahrefs etc โ usually $400โ800/mo total), and paid placements.
Timeline
Timeline questions.
When do meetings start landing?
First qualified meetings in week 4โ6. Compounding kicks in by month three. If you need leads tomorrow, paid ads are your answer โ not me.
How long do most engagements run?
9โ18 months on average. The system is built to be owned by the founder, so engagements end when the team can run it solo.
What if I need to pause?
Pause anytime with two weeks' notice. The infra keeps running; the operator hours stop.
Fit
Fit questions.
Who is this for?
Post-PMF B2B companies (typically $500k+ ARR) in IT services, SaaS, EdTech, or tech consulting. Founders willing to appear on LinkedIn and join weekly.
Who is this not for?
Pre-revenue startups, anyone who needs leads tomorrow, founders who won't post on LinkedIn, or teams looking for a deck instead of a system.
Will you white-label or sub through an agency?
No. I work direct with the operator. The relationship is part of the work.
Results & Reporting
Results & Reporting questions.
What numbers do you actually report?
Weekly: replies, meetings booked, pipeline value, channel-by-channel breakdown. Monthly: review + next quarter plan. No vanity metrics.
What's a realistic outcome in 6 months?
Across past engagements: 40+ qualified meetings, 6.2% avg reply rate, 4ร lead capture, 30โ60% paid dependency reduction. Outcomes vary โ anyone promising specific numbers in writing is selling you something.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and you shouldn't trust anyone who does in B2B. I guarantee the work โ the spine gets built, the system runs, the cadences hold.
Question I missed?
Easiest way to get a real answer is to ask it on the call.
